Event Management
Virtual or Live; I specialize in managing events, ensuring every detail is meticulously handled for a seamless experience. Let me take care of participant and speaker organisation, Zoom hosting, ticket sales, venue sourcing and setup, catering, travel, accommodation and more, so you can engage with your guests fully.
Course Creation Support
I provide assistance in setting up online courses, including the online infrastructure (including researching platform options), student communication, landing pages, email campaigns, setting up and moderating social communities, and so on. I support your vision and your language every step of the way.
Sole Traders and Small Businesses
I can help with the 'heavy admin' of accounts, business documents and policies, expenses, invoicing, spreadsheets, etc. I can also support your inbox management.

How long have you been in business as a VA?
I've been providing VA and Event Management services since 2017.
Are your services available to clients outside of the UK?
Yes, I can work with clients internationally, as the majority of my services are conducted online.
What types of clients do you typically work with?
I've worked with a variety of self-employed practitioners over the years, including therapists and health providers, self-development coaches, embodiment professionals. I've also worked with small business owners in the property sector, holiday accomodation lettings, sports events. So a wide variety! I generally work best with solopreneurs or small teams. I also have experience being involved in the running of both small and large scale events.
Is anything you don't do?
I cannot at the current time offer telephone answering services or calendar/diary management. I also do not offer social media management services as this is not my specialist area, though I can help with some social media tasks if required.
What do you charge?
My starting rate for 'ad-hoc' tasks is £30 per hour. Specialist tasks may be subject to a higher rate.
Do you offer any discounts?
I am happy to work with you to find a rate that works for us both. For ongoing committed hours paid on a retainer, I can potentially offer a reduced hourly rate.
Can I meet you face to face? Where are you based?
I'm based in Coventry, in the UK. I am happy to meet cilents occasionally face to face, but if I am travelling to you for work purposes, I do charge for my travel costs and time.
